Frances Hughes | Director of Design Services
Frances is a tested leader of organizationally complex projects. A skilled technician at addressing both large-scale issues and solving details, Frances leverages her 25 years of experience and expertise to ensure that appropriate attention is paid to all facets of the design. As the Director of Design Services, she will implement vision-driven design processes to establish the appropriate design and engineering solutions for each project.
Chris Foley | Accounting Manager
In the role of Accounting Manager, Chris Foley is responsible for managing, and assisting with, all accounting functions at Tocci. He provides key financial analysis to assist in the decision making process to support continued growth. This includes assisting with financial modeling, reporting, forecasting and budgeting, operational analysis and other ad hoc financial analysis.
Paul Thibault | Senior Project Manager
Paul Thibault joins Tocci with over 25 years in the industry. He brings a strong back of experience in the residential, academic, laboratory, and healthcare markets. Paul will partner closely with the project superintendent and lead the team to deliver exceptional projects.
Jessica Gibson | Graphic Designer
In her new role, Jessica Gibson will refresh and drive Tocci’s brand standards throughout all print and digital communications. She will create graphics for all printed materials, including brochures, proposals, letterhead, business cards, etc. as well as streamline and maintain Tocci’s website.
Nicole Grosky | Office Manager + Receptionist
Nicole Grosky recently joined Tocci as Office manager/Receptionist. Her responsibilities include phone management, assisting in setting up meetings and events, overseeing and scheduling building maintenance, managing Tocci’s recycling program and providing administrative support as needed.
Dan Arenz | Project Engineer
Formerly a cooperative student at Tocci, Arenz is now a full-time project engineer. In this role, he will assist in the operation of field work, organize and coordinate subcontractors, and assist in developing, purchasing and delivery. After 6 months, he will transition to the VDC department.
